Fresh Youthful Skin Now and Tomorrow

We all want fresh, beautiful skin, especially as we mature in age. There are many things you can do to make sure your skin stays fresh, smooth, and youthful looking despite the birth date on your driver’s license! To learn how to get youthful skin, read on for tried-and-true tips and tricks.

How To Get Youthful Skin

While some of these strategies may seem obvious, you’d be surprised how many of us skip these necessary steps in our skin care regimen.

1. Wash Your Face Every Night

Obvious, right? Yet so many of us won’t hesitate to fall asleep in a full face of makeup. Dirt and makeup left on overnight will clog pores, irritate the skin, and cause breakouts.

To minimize the look of wrinkles, avoid washing your face in the mornings. Too much cleansing can dry out the sky, pronouncing any fine lines, so simply splashing the face with warm water in the mornings will suffice.

2. Hydrate, Hydrate, and Hydrate Again!

Drinking water throughout the day is an absolute must for youthful skin. More than anything, we need hydration. Our bodies are made up of nearly 80% water, so if you’re dehydrated, your skin is going to reflect that.

Staying hydrated is especially key as we all start traveling again. Whether you’re headed to the lake house on the beach or the cottage in the woods, be sure to drink plenty of water!

3. Peel Away Dead Skin

One of the keys to fresh beautiful skin is removing any dead skin layers. While washing your face is a must, at-home spa treatments will also help to renew the skin. Glycolic acid peels are great for that.

Try my at-home microdermabrasion treatment, SUPER CLARITY REFINISHING CREAM to fully achieve youthful looking skin. By using this skin polishing cream, you’re treating yourself to a spa experience on your own couch.

Use 3 to 5 times a week depending on the sensitivity of your skin. The licorice extract and other soothing agents will help prevent any excessive redness

You can use it before you apply your makeup, after your finished look, and also all throughout the day.
